AVO-Bell has been the only educational centre in Bulgaria and the region since 2002 to be approved by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations to run CELTA (Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) and DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching) courses which lead to internationally recognised teaching qualifications. read more
